Beginner’s Yoga Intended for students who are new to the practice of yoga. Special emphasis on the foundation of hatha yoga asanas (poses) and breath support.
Intermediate Yoga For students who are interested in a flowing asana sequence including pranayama (breathing techniques), standing & sitting postures, inversions and savasana. Previous yoga experience is recommended. Heated Vinyasa Flow This heated practice synchronizes body and breath movement in a flowing sequence. This is an All Level class.
Restoratives Yoga The practice of “active relaxation” with the use of bolsters, blocks and props to support the body to deepen the benefits of relaxation. Please bring a small blanket with you.
